Chillin' out in Mammoth Lakes Ca.

We are in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. We stayed at Tom and Val's mountain home last night.
We are going to spend part of the day here then take a ride through Yosemite on our way to South Lake Tahoe. Been a little out of breath because of the high elevation. As can see the home and the surroundings are beautiful.  We traveled 6 hours through the desert to get here.
P.S. The desert sucks. We will post tonight if we have internet access.

    Seriously, you have been staying in the most interesting and gorgeous places. Love the deer with the cowboy hat! Philip, you need to make some prints from some of those pictures.....you couldn't buy better and just think of all the memories every time you looked at them. Enjoy your last day in California and keep sending the pics. We leave in the morning for TEXAS! Love you, Kathy

    What a great home (another one!). I don't know why, but the skies are bluer out west aren't they? Having to go through the desert is a small price to pay for such a beautiful destination ;-)
