Route 66 part two Day 8

This day started out on the chilly side, 55 degrees which required us to put our jackets on. By the afternoon the temperature had risen to 109 degrees and we changed to hot weather control. Wet towels, wet bandanas, camel back with ice and believe it or not it was not that bad. It's a dry heat!!
The first stop today was the Petrified Forest and the pictures will explain the day. Second stop Winslow Arizona where we were standing on the corner. Now in Flagstaff where it is very nice weather wise.
