After putting on three layers of clothes, 41 degrees and rain we headed out for Yellowstone. The cold and rain did not dampen our spirits, we were ready to see all the beauty. Some of you might remember the song "Stuck in the Middle with you". During our drive I kept singing, trees to the right of me, lakes to left! Stuck in the middle again. What a way to be stuck. On to the pictures. We arrived at the visitor center just in time to see "Old Faithful" erupt. Awesome, witnessed it three times. We followed the parks wooden path to see all varieties of geyers steaming and boiling water, unbelievable. Loaded up and left looking for waterfalls. Came upon a small one, more tomorrow. Drenched, tired, and freezing we rode back to Jackson Hole. To get ready for day two at Yellowstone hoping for better weather. By the way we were very close to that buffalo. Stay tuned.
