We are Home
I added more text to this post but mainly tried to highlight the various places we visited on this epic trip to the Northwest USA. The following pictures are highlights from most of the places we visited. They are mostly in order, starting from day one, to the last view of the odometer of the bike taken in the garage. First of all thanks to Bob and Bev for taking on this major trip with us. It is a tall order to cover as much ground as we did on this trip. Did we have a great time on this trip? You betcha! Thanks again to Ron and Gloria for riding with us a couple of days and putting us up, thank for your hospitality. The Harley ran great, however my cruise control stopped working on the next to last day of the ride. Thankfully it worked getting us through the plains. Until next year .......... Thanks for following along.

Heading Home
By the time most of you read this we will probably be on our last leg of our journey. We will write an epilog that sums up this amazing trip and include some interesting pictures. Until then ....

South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin
As we make our way back across the country we traveled through three states today. We met up with Ron and Gloria who joined us for our first two trips out west. Finally the terrain is changing and looking more like home. We are between weather systems trying to stay dry. So far so good. Plan is to arrive home by Saturday.

Crossing South Dakota
Left Sturgis this morning, beautiful weather and boring Interstate for the entire day. No pictures because we didn't see any thing but cows and plains. We believe that most of our followers have seen those things. Tomorrow we cross Minnesota and hopefully the terrain will change. Stay tuned.

Custer's Last Stand
Monday goes down as a great travel day. We stopped at the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Great History lesson. It was an awakening for me , so much of our history was abbreviated or I forgot details. We ended our day in Sturgis, S.D. By the way we were in Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota today. Travel day tomorrow, heading home.
