We are in Elk City Oklahoma.
Sorry for the late posting but the internet at the hotels we've been to has been so slow. We started day five three hours behind the group because of rain. They left at 7 in the rain, we waited until 10 and made good time visiting some of the most interesting spots on Route 66. Here are pictures of Day Five.

Mother Road Ride Day 3
The first day was a travel day so no pictures. Day 2 was not a pleasant day due to the weather and the route going through to many large towns. Stop and go all day long, glad it was over. We did get some pictures and will post them as soon as we get faster internet service. Day 3 was wonderful. Met some new people to ride with. One couple was from Australia, a lady from New Zealand and a couple from California. We stopped in Cuba Missouri to see the murals there while staying on route 66. It is amazing how much we missed when we revisited a place you've been before.
