Natchez Trace day One

Rained for the first part of the day, then the weather could not have been better.

Ice cold water. Our friends Bob and Bev visited here June 2018. Riding our motorcycles, removed our boots and enjoyed the 59 degree water.

Corvairs on the Natchez Trace

 The adventure begins!

A group of Corvair owners and members of the Derby City Corvair Club, all of which are members of CORSA the national Corvair Club are Touring the Natchez Trace Parkway. We will document this tour with pictures, so here we go. I will add more photos later with a faster internet connection. You can click on the photos to make them larger.

Natchez Trace Parkway in a Corvair

 This May we will be touring the Natchez Trace in our  Corvair. Along with five other couples with pictures to follow. Becky and I have ridden our motorcycle on the trace, so first time in a car. Which one should we take?

Death Valley on a Picture Perfect Day

 Today the weather was perfect in Death Valley. Let the pictures speak for themselves.

We arrived at the View a few minutes after sunset, bummer.

There is water here. Not poisonous but very salty. The donkeys would not drink it. Hense the name Badwater
