Athens Ohio end of the Michigan UP roadtrip.

Been a few days since our last post. We have not had internet service where we were and did not want to use public internet. Finally got a new cable so we will upload some pictures but they will not be in any order.

Michigan Day 3

We started the day on the Upper Peninsula crossing the Mackinaw Bridge that was under repairs. We had to ride on the grate looking down at the water, a little nerve racking on a bike. The weather was perfect making it a great day to ride the coast line of Lake Michigan and go through the small communities along the way. We ended the day at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. A beautiful day, however most pictures are on the other camera so will post later when I get a cable.

MIchigan Day 2

What a nice day we had. It happens to be late because we spent the evening by a fire pit with our old friends and some new ones. We spent the day traveling the Upper P. of Michigan stopping along the way to take in some of the scenery. Still need a cable to send pictures from my other camera which I will I add later.

Next Adventure; Michigan!

We left home Saturday and spent the day making our way to Ludington Michigan. We did not stop to take any pictures because it was mainly an interstate riding day, nothing to post. Sunday however was a totally different day. We were going to cross Lake Michigan on a ferry. The SS Badger took us across Lake Michigan in four hours to Wisconsin. Becky was green after about an hour on the boat but recovered quickly by the end of the trip. Something we always wanted to do ride on a big boat.

I forgot the cable to my camera and hope to get another tomorrow. We had some nice pictures about today and will post them later. Here are some photos Becky took from her phone.
