Another great day in Orange Beach
Didn't do anything today but set on the beach, then set by the pool. What a great day to do nothing. Took a few pictures and here they are.

Orange Beach Alabama, where are here.
Today's ride was not as scenic as yesterday as we traveled through the south central part of Alabama. There is a big difference in the roads quality here compared to Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee. Some (most that we saw) County roads are still not paved and the red dirt on the cars around here make them look awful. However once you get to the coast everything is new looking and in great shape. We went through Selma Alabama and rode across the bridge that Martin Luther King lead the famous civil rights march to Montgomery back in the 60's. Becky took pictures but we can not download them. We forgot to get the right cable needed to transfer images from Beckys' camera so the only pictures are from our other camera. More pictures if we can find the right cable.

Orange Beach Alabama Bound
We left this morning about 8:30. We have arrived at our first stop in Leeds Alabama which is a little east of Birmingham. We made a fast 100 miles by using the Interstate before finally getting off at the Mammoth Cave exit. We really enjoyed the trip down today except for the first 100 miles. We made our way through south central Ky. crossing into Tenn. on a two lane with what seamed like we had the road to our selves, nice. Same with our trip through central Tenn. Maybe it was because it's Sunday. Only two pictures today.

Utah, amazing !!
We are still in Utah on what has turned into one of best days yet. Temps are in the 90's but so much nicer here. We are in a small town called Vernal. Our room is one of the best on this trip and the restaurant we went to was very good. We started at Capital Reef National Park. Here are some pictures.

Late Night in Vegas
Will post pictures later.
We are now settled for the night in Richfield Utah. After considering the weather ahead of us we decided to head north to get out of the heat. They may call it a dry heat, but it still the hottest we've ever been. I didn't like it, Becky didn't, and the Harley didn't like it. I think it almost vapor locked which is a bit concerning when you are out on the road.
